The WARIS-HUBERT family is settled in Avize, a Great Growth village of Cote des Blancs. With his prestigious Appellation, Stephanie and Olivier WARIS, the 4th generation, produce champagnes enhancing their famous terroirs: Great Growths of Avize, Chouilly, Cramant, Oger, Ay, First Growths of Grauves, Bisseuil an dBarbonne-Fayel, Marfaux, Merrey-sur-Arce, Mothelon, terroirs of character. They reveal their finesse by the love of their wingrower job.
The family of champagnes WARIS-HUBERT is classified per growths (Growths of character, First growths and Great growths). They reflect their terroir thanks to separate vinification of each village.
Stephane and Olivier WARIS have started with 90 acres. Historically, they both grew their own vines. Then, in 201, they decided to create their own pressing centre in their cellar. They founded Champagne WARIS-HUBERT by joining their estates.
