The domaine resides in Marsonnay-la-Cote, Cote de Nuits in Burgundy on 15 hectares. The vines are farmed organically, certified ECOCERT since 2008, and biodynamic methodology. The grapes are vinified whole cluster, indegenous yeasts, 15-30% new oak, and low sulfur doses only at bottling. Wines are unfined and filtration is only for whites.
