Grape grower – winemaker in Avize, Côte des Blancs. The 12 -hectare vineyard is mainly spread out in Grand Cru villages planted with Chardonnay, picked and pressed with great care. The winemaking approach is natural. The vineyard soils have always been maintained through ploughing, and every year compost is added from local ingredients to the vineyard. The organic life of the soil assures the health and productivity of the vineyard. The Champagne wines are neither fined nor filtered. They are bottled at the domaine and are hand riddled.
