KILINGA

Sonora, Mexico

Not Mezcal. Not Tequila. Kilinga is Bacanora, the native spirit of Sonora, Mexico. Made with the finest agave from where the mountains meet the sea, our Bacanora has no equal.

It begins with Kilinga. Our founder and inspiration. The heart of our family. From seed to sip, our Bacanora is crafted to make her proud. Kilinga Bacanora is made with care in Alamos, Sonora. We practice safe, sustainable and environmentally-friendly farming, nurturing our agave at each step of production. First, we fire-heat our volcanic stone ovens, stoking the flames with mesquite from our fields. Once the ovens reach peak temperature, we turn them off and put the agave in. We then seal our ovens and cook the agave for 4 days. After the agave is perfectly roasted, we quarter and grind it in our stone mill. We ferment the agave pulp with the highest-quality water and cultured yeast, transforming it to Bacanora. Finally, our Bacanora is double-distilled for crystalline purity. In keeping with tradition, we allow the Bacanora to rest until we are satisfied that it is perfect.

Each bottle of Kilinga Bacanora is authored and numbered: a singular creation for you to savor.
