Jean-Philippe has always been in contact with the vine since he represents the 3rd generation of winegrowers in his family. His conviction: the quality of a wine depends, above all, on the quality of the work in the vineyard.
The vines are traditionally plowed to respect the soil. The estate has been building its own compost for about 15 years. Since its beginnings the field uses a reasoned culture. Jean-Philippe has always granted a great importance to the presence of disease. To go even further in this approach, the field is in organic cultivation mode.
