Danish wine producer Thyge Benned started Bodega Frontio with the ambition to make down tempo organic wines, handcrafted and defined by grape quality, the soil and minimal intervention in the winemaking process by using indigenous yeast and low extraction.
Thyge had a day job as natural gas trader at Maersk Oil, but always had more thirst for wine and wine making. He moved to the Arribes in Spain in 2016 to pursue his passion and making wine on the edge.
