BIG MOUSTACHE | With our master distiller we have created a bold Tennessee Whiskey bottled at 100 proof. The first release of Big Moustache produced 580 cases from 14 hand selected barrels. The mash build is 80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley.
A long fermentation of 3 days makes our whiskey unique. The freshly distilled, unaged whiskey is filtered over sugar maple charcoal before going into new American oak barrels.

BOCATHEVA | Building on our expertise in the world of spirits, we decided to bottle our own, starting with a beverage that is currently flying high: rum. And so the Bocatheva brand was born. After spending two years travelling the world and tasting more than 400 wonderful barrel samples, we worked with our master blender to select 20 barrels from the most prestigious distilleries in the Caribbean. Our range therefore consists of three key examples from three countries: Panama, Venezuela, and Barbados & Jamaica. Six months after being launched, Bocatheva won the prestigious Gold Medal at the Rum Masters Awards for all its bottles in the Super Premium category.
The concept is a simple one: to introduce consumers to BBC’s vision of modernity and audacity and awaken their taste buds. The pure rums in our range, 45° and with fewer than 20 grams of sugar per litre, are presented in bottles and designs as prestigious as the nectars they contain.

ETSU | It is with great pride that Asahikawa distillery made this unique gin on the Northern island of Hokkaido in Japan. The main botanicals – green bitter orange peel, coriander, licorice and angelica root – macerate for more than 24h in neutral cane spirit distilled thanks to a copper still with a swan neck to 83% vol. It is then diluted down to 43% vol with water sourced from the Taisetsu Mountains and filtered through charcoal for optimal purity.

FUYU | Fuyu means « winter » in Japanese. This whisky was distilled from malted grain and mash corn on Honshu island before resting in oak barrels.

HINTORI | HINOTORI means « Phœnix » in Japanese! Coming back from its ashes is exactly what the Hekinan distillery, located in Aichi and founded in 1949, is doing by releasing a limited 5 years old batch made from malt and grain in a pot still. Ageing takes place in used whisky barrels for 5 years to allow gentle and smooth aromas to develop.

JOE GOT A GUN | Joe Got A Gun was distilled, aged and bottled by Mike Williams in Maury County, Tennessee, USA.

KIYOMI | KIYOMI means « Pure Beauty » in Japanese. This rum was carefully crafted in Nago City, Okinawa, at Helios distillery, by distilling local sugar cane molasse in a column still. It results in a very aromatic and clean beverage easily drinkable neat as well as in classic cocktails such as Cuba Libre, Mojito or Daiquiri.

LOKIA | Quality blue agave and expertise on the distillation process are the key elements that our Mexican partners are sharing with us.
Our Tequila has been double distilled in column still before being bottled and enjoyed in cocktails all over the world.

TOKYO NIGHTS | Tokyo Night Vodka is distilled three times, followed by four filtrations using birch charcoal. Tokyo Night Gin is distilled from sugar cane molasses. It is made to a secret recipe that uses numerous (mostly local) plants, such as yuzu bark or matcha powder from independent producers. Tokyo Night Rum is distilled in a copper pot still from local sugar cane molasses from the island of Okinawa. It is then crushed to extract the juices that will create this agricultural rum. There are no added sugars or sweeteners.
