Our vineyard occupies 700 hectares in the townships of Sommières, Salinelles, Aspères, Campagne, Garrigues, Lecques and Fontanes. Our wine-growers work in a utmost respect of the land and the environment to create with passion quality wines, strong in personality. A specification and a strict plot selection are the basis of our work. We are so respectuous of our vines that’s why we work in responsible farming and we also have a part in organic farming.
Benefiting from an excellent southern exposure the land surrounding Sommières can be characterized by several kinds of soils, marne with high amounts of clay and limestone (the plains of Aspères), fluvial alluvium (the basin of the Vidourle) and acidic soil made up of fine flint (the hillside plantations), and limestone pebbled soil where we develop and refine our top shelf AOP wines.
