Washington State has become internationally recognized as having some of the world's best conditions for growing superb wine grapes and as a breeding ground for an ever-growing number of innovative winemakers. Many of these came out of the local wine trade with little capital but an intimate knowledge of wine and wine regions.

O·S Winery started life as a partnership between Rob Sullivan and Owen with one thing in mind: producing irresistible, jaw-dropping wines. Securing fruit from the best vineyards and working with growers on the details of viticulture was and remains the foundation of our endeavor. Our focus since the beginning has been on select sites and low yields combined with a winemaking ethic centered on simplicity (i.e. no fining, no filtering, gravity fed production) all with one aim: Opulent, Voluptuous, Concentrated Red Wines.

Our wines are aged exclusively in French oak barrels with approximately 35% new and the remainder in second, third and fourth year. Bottling is done by gravity. Our style emphasizes the terroir and the specific quality of the fruit, with the oak in a supporting role. The results are oppulent, voluptuous and concentrated wines that are immensely pleasing in their youth, yet possess the structure and balance to reward cellaring.
