The young dynamic winemaker combines modern cellar technology, traditional development with biological management and creates top wines with a personal touch.
Particularly the varieties of St. Laurent, Pinot Noir and Rotgipfler are dear to him and are composed by individual and natural work to characterize wines with unmistakable notes.
As a biological enterprise, it is important for me to deal carefully with the wines, nature and our estate. From this individual, loving and natural work, wines are created with a personal touch.
Careful pressing and controlled fermentation are the basic prerequisites for typical and high-quality wines. We build every wine as the variety, location and characteristics of each wine and vintage require.
The classic, fresh-fruity white wines are stored in stainless steel tanks and bottled in the spring after harvest to ensure the highest possible flavor intensity.
Strong white wines of the varieties Chardonnay and Rotgipfler mature for one year in 500l wooden barrels.
In our winery, all red wines are made in wooden barrels without exception, the classic varieties matured in larger barrels and the layer wine reserves in barriques.
