Best-selling North Carolina Gin comes to South Carolina!
When Sutler's opened its doors in 2013, Winston-Salem got it's first legal distillery in more than two centuries. These recipes are inspired by time-tested patrons and bottled by North Carolina natives. Sutler's Gin is an homage to Winston-Salem.
Lavender and Coriander lay the firm foundation for Sutler's Gin, warmed by the spice of Juniper, and ornamented with notes of lemon and bitter orange.
- 1.5oz Sutler's Gin
- 4oz quality Tonic
Combine ingredients over ice in a rocks glass and stir well. Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh dill sprig.
- 2oz Sutler's Gin
- .75oz. fresh lemon juice
- .75oz simply syrup
- 2 slices cucumber
- 3 local mint leaves
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
Muddle cucumber in a shaker. Add gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and salt. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with mint and bitters.
- 1oz Sutler's Gin
- .75oz cynar
- 1 oz sweet Vermouth
- .25oz fresh orange juice
Combine ingredients over ice in a coupe glass. Stir gently and garnish with an orange wedge.
